A family estate rooted at the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where time sculpts champagnes of rare purity.
– Terroir: Chalky soils of Avize, Grand Cru of Champagne, where the Chardonnay draws its legendary minerality.
- Winemaking: Aging in used barrels, indigenous yeasts and patience – a quest for authenticity without compromise.

On the eye – A pale gold robe with green highlights, of a silky texture and a fine effervescence like a lace of chalk.
On the nose – First notes of fresh almond and candied lemon zest, then accents of toasted bread and beeswax, lifted by a saline touch evoking sea breezes.
On the palate – A vibrant tension, where lively acidity marries a chalky minerality, extended by a long and saline finish of taut elegance.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a narrow champagne flute to preserve its freshness and aromas.
