This Grand Cru Extra Brut 2015 from Benoît Lahaye, born in Bouzy, combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in biodynamic viticulture. Four years on lees endow it with aromas of yellow fruits and flowers, a mineral and saline palate, and a lively finish. Perfect for savory pairings, to be enjoyed until 2041.
A family estate rooted in the prestigious terroir of Bouzy, where the Champagne heritage combines with a viticulture respectful of natural rhythms.
- Terroir: Limestone soils of the Montagne de Reims, Grand Cru de Bouzy – a mineral signature and a characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Extended aging on lees, extra brut dosage to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir.

In the glass: Straw yellow robe with golden hues, of a crystalline brilliance, animated by a thread of fine and persistent bubbles.
On the nose: Aromas of crunchy apple and candied citrus intertwine with notes of white flowers, acacia honey and a saline touch, evoking sea spray.
On the palate: Silky and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, giving way to a long and saline finish of precise elegance.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a champagne flute to bring out its freshness.
