From the gravelly soils of Pauillac, the Château Mouton Rothschild 1992 is a Premier Grand Cru Classé. A blend in which Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) dominates, it offers notes of tobacco, caramel and red fruits. Its palate, velvety and mineral, pairs ideally with game and aged cheeses.
Noble domaine de Pauillac, rooted in the history of the great Bordeaux wines since the 18th century.
- Terroir: Deep, well-drained gravelly soils of the Médoc, cradle of the great Cabernet Sauvignon, shaping wines of mineral structure and rare elegance.
- Vinification: Precise blending and ageing in oak barrels, combining tradition and modernity to reveal the purity of the fruit and the complexity of the tannins.

To the eye – A garnet robe with tawny highlights, dense and silky, revealing accomplished maturity and a velvety texture.
On the nose – Aromas of candied blackcurrant, blonde tobacco and cedar, lifted by a hint of liquorice and a subtle chalky note, evoking the gravelly soils of the terroir.
On the palate – A round and generous attack, carried by melted yet still present tannins, a lively acidity and a saline minerality that extends the finish on nuances of cocoa and faded violet.
