On the nose: aromas of fresh black cherry, delicate violet and soft liquorice, lifted by a mineral hint of flint and a touch of salinity.
On the palate: a lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and enveloping finish where gentle spices and silky tannins intertwine.
