The Echezeaux Grand Cru 2023 from Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, born on the Les Rouges du Bas parcels, combines power and finesse. This Pinot Noir, aged 18 months in barrels, offers a silky and mineral palate. To wait until 2028, it will accompany roasted meats and aged cheeses.

To the eye: A deep garnet red robe, of silky and luminous texture, immediately revealing its concentration and nobility.
On the nose: A bouquet where aromas of fresh black cherry, delicate violet, subtle liquorice and a mineral touch of flint intertwine, evoking the depth of the terroir.
On the palate: A velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, saline finish where notes of ripe fruits and gentle spices unfold.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full finesse.
