The Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2021 from Domaine Prieuré Roch expresses the clay-limestone terroirs of Burgundy. This oak-aged Pinot Noir reveals cherry, violet and spice. Fresh and mineral, it captivates with its balance. Perfect until 2035 with roasted meats.

Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, this family estate perpetuates a viticultural heritage of excellence, guided by a philosophy of absolute respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Emblematic plots of the Clos Vougeot Grand Cru, where the clay-limestone soils and unique microclimate shape wines of rare depth.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels, with minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir and the faithful expression of the vintage.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Prieuré Roch Clos Vougeot 2021
To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a dense and elegant character.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, lifted by notes of violet and soft spices, before giving way to a mineral and chalky touch, the signature of the great terroirs of Burgundy.
On the palate: A velvety attack, supported by a lively acidity and a mineral tension that guides the wine towards a long and saline finish, where ripe red fruits and hints of undergrowth intertwine.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to fully release its aromas.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where freshness and concentration respond to each other in harmony, revealing all the precision of Clos Vougeot.
