Born on the limestone soils of Gevrey-Chambertin, this Pinot Noir from Domaine Arlaud (2016) blends dark fruits, spices and a floral touch. Aged in oak barrels, it reveals a silky, mineral and balanced palate. Ideal with red meats or cheeses, it can be kept until 2028.

In the glass: A deep garnet-red robe, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a substance that is at once dense and refined.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, violet and liquorice, followed by a touch of damp undergrowth and a subtle mineral salinity, evoking the limestone soils of the terroir.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, where taut acidity marries silky tannins and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish marked by a spicy touch.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to fully release its aromas.
