To the eye – A deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of silky density and vivid brilliance, betraying both maturity and freshness.
On the nose – First, aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by hints of licorice, cocoa and a touch of graphite, all lifted by a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A velvety yet taut texture, carried by precise acidity and well-integrated tannins, leading to a long, mineral finish where gentle spices and notes of undergrowth intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
