The Marsannay 2023 from Domaine Joseph Roty, born on the chalky soils of Burgundy, is a Pinot Noir with aromas of raspberry and rhubarb. On the palate, crunchy red berries, a lively acidity and a saline touch. To be waited until 2027 for pairings with slow-cooked dishes or cheeses.

On the eye: Intense ruby robe with dense highlights, of an almost velvety texture.
On the nose: Tangy raspberries and fresh rhubarb intertwine with notes of damp undergrowth and a saline touch, like a gust of wind over the hillsides.
On the palate: The lively acidity draws a taut thread, carried by crunchy red berries and a chalky minerality – the finish, saline and persistent, evokes the warm stones of the plots.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its aromas.
