The Chambertin Clos de Bèze 2014 from Domaine Bart, Grand Cru of Gevrey-Chambertin, is born on calcareous and fossiliferous soils. This Pinot Noir, floral and fruity, captivates with its mineral tension and silky palate. To be enjoyed until 2030, it pairs with game and duck with elegance.

In the glass: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh violet, ripe black cherry, soft spices and a saline hint reminiscent of Burgundian limestone.
On the palate: A precise and taut attack, silky tannins, lively acidity balanced by a chalky minerality, long and saline finish.
Serve at 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
