On the nose – First fresh notes of plum and blackcurrant, then deeper aromas of mocha, cedar and undergrowth, lifted by a menthol touch and a hint of salinity. On the palate – A full and velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and taut minerality, before a long and harmonious finish, where chocolate and gentle spices intertwine. Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to enhance its purity and complexity.
