To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and a promising density.
On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon zest, ripe Williams pear, dried white flowers, then a touch of toasted sesame and a hint of vanilla, all supported by a discreet saline minerality.
On the palate: A smooth yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky salinity; the mid-palate unfolds with elegance, giving way to a long and mineral finish where roasted hazelnut and acacia honey intertwine.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
