The Domaine des Tours Rouge 2021 (Château des Tours) is born from the gravelly alluvial soils of Sarrians. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Merlot, aged 12 months in barrels, it reveals aromas of dark fruits and spices. Mineral and silky, it can be cellared for 5 to 10 years and pairs beautifully with meats and aged cheeses.

To the eye – A deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry, black cherry, gentle spices and liquorice, lifted by a mineral touch and a hint of garrigue.
On the palate – A velvety attack, lively acidity and a chalky minerality that carries a long, saline finish, marked by elegant tannins.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to fully appreciate its complexity.
