On the nose – Aromas of candied black cherry, wild blackberry, toasted vanilla and liquorice, lifted by a mineral hint of graphite and a touch of bitter cocoa.
On the palate – A powerful yet elegant attack, where the silky substance unfolds into a chalky tension, carried by a lively acidity and a saline finish of remarkable length.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
