The Saint-Aubin 1er Cru 2022 from Domaine Ramonet is born on the limestone terroirs of Les Murgers des Dents du Chien. This Chardonnay, with its notes of citrus and flowers, offers a mineral and taut palate. Perfect for 5 to 8 years of cellaring, it pairs beautifully with oysters and aged cheeses.

Nestled in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence for nearly a century. A tradition where respect for the terroir takes precedence over all other considerations.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, where the Premiers Crus of Saint-Aubin reveal a chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels, with a restrained touch of new wood to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay and the tension of the fruit.

Tasting notes for Domaine Ramonet Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Murgers des Dents du Chien 2022
In the glass: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity, heralding a wine that is at once dense and airy.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom, candied lemon and roasted hazelnut, lifted by a saline edge reminiscent of the maritime breezes of the terroir.
On the palate: Supple yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long and saline finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full complexity.

A vintage marked by early ripeness and a perfect balance between freshness and concentration, ideal for lovers of precise and vibrant whites.
- Ageing potential: 8 to 12 years, to be stored in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
