Domaine Ramonet delivers with this Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes 2017 red an exceptional Pinot Noir, born on chalky soils. Nose of dark fruits, spices and dried flowers, balanced palate, silky tannins and mineral finish. Ideal with refined dishes until 2030.

Since the 1920s, this family estate has embodied the excellence of Chassagne-Montrachet, where each cuvée reflects a viticultural heritage of rare precision.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone and marly soils of the Côte de Beaune, where the Premiers Crus express a chalky minerality and a structured elegance.
- Vinification: Traditional approach, oak barrel aging carefully managed to preserve the purity of the fruit and the tension of the Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes for Domaine Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes 2017 red
To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh wild berries, bitter orange peel, damp undergrowth and dried rose petals, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: Lively and precise attack, powdery tannins enveloped in a juicy texture, with a long and fragrant finish, carried by a chalky minerality and a taut acidity.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its aromatic nuances.
Vintage 2017
A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where the coolness of the nights preserved the acidity and the complexity of the aromas.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
