A family estate rooted in the Côte de Nuits, where respect for the terroir has guided every harvest for generations.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of Fixin, where the Pinot Noir vines draw their minerality and elegance.
- Vinification: Aged in barrels for a precise, unadorned expression, balancing tradition and modernity.
In the glass: Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by a hint of liquorice and a mineral note reminiscent of damp chalk.
On the palate: A lively, taut attack, fine and chalky tannins, with a saline finish and elegant length.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
