The Fixin 2017 by Méo-Camuzet Frère & Sœurs, sourced from the limestone terroirs of Fixin, is a precise Pinot Noir. Aged in oak barrels, it reveals aromas of cherry and plum. On the palate, suppleness and minerality combine for a fruity finish. To be enjoyed until 2027 with meats and rich dishes.
A Burgundian signature where family tradition and geographical precision meet, anchored at the heart of the Côte de Nuits.
- Terroir: The limestone and marl soils of the Fixin appellation, where Pinot Noir expresses a chalky minerality and a discreet elegance.
- Vinification: A fruit-forward approach, combining oak barrel aging with the pursuit of natural tension, for wines that are both precise and silky.
