Since 1481, the Chave family has shaped the excellence of Hermitage wines, rooted in the steep hillsides of the northern Rhône Valley.
- Terroir: Granitic and schistous soils of Hermitage, where Syrah draws its minerality and depth.
- Vinification: Aged in traditional barrels, respecting natural cycles for wines of timeless elegance.
