Dating back to 1481, this family estate embodies the exacting standards of great Rhône wines, rooted in the steep slopes of Hermitage.
- Terroir: Granite and schist soils in the Les Rocoules, L’Hermite and Peleat plots, where Marsanne and Roussanne draw their minerality.
- Winemaking: Barrel aging allows a pure expression of the grape varieties, combining tension and depth.

Appearance: A golden color with green highlights and a silky, luminous appearance.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers, ripe apricot and acacia honey, with a saline touch reminiscent of flint, all underpinned by mineral freshness.
On the palate: A lively, precise opening, supported by taut acidity and chalky minerality, followed by a long, saline finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
