Since 1481, the Chave family has embodied the viticultural excellence of Hermitage, rooted in the granitic hillsides of the northern Rhône Valley.
- Terroir: Soils of granite, loess, and alluvium on the steep slopes of Hermitage, endowing the wines with a chalky minerality and a unique tension.
- Vinification: Traditional methods combining fermentation in oak barrels and extended aging, yielding cuvées of rare precision and depth.

To the eye: Golden robe with amber highlights, of a silky and slightly unctuous texture, betraying its maturity and elegance.
On the nose: Aromas of dried honeysuckle, chamomile, and meadow grass, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of wet stone, evoking the granitic soils of the appellation.
On the palate: Lively and precise attack, driven by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and harmonious finish where notes of honey and gentle spices intertwine.
