The Chevalier 2002 from Domaine de Chevalier, Grand Cru Classé de Graves, comes from the gravelly soils of Pessac-Léognan. With aromas of smoke and toast, it reveals a mineral palate and silky tannins. Ideal for aging over several years, it pairs with game or leg of lamb.
Nestled in the heart of the Graves, this family estate has embodied Bordeaux excellence for generations, combining tradition and respect for the terroir.
- Terroir : Deep gravel and forests of Léognan, lending the wines a chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification : Low-intervention method, aged in barrels for a pure and structured expression of the fruit.
