From the Kimmeridgian soils of the Montée de Tonnerre climat, this Chablis 1er Cru 2018 from Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is a Chardonnay fermented in tanks and aged in barrels. It reveals aromas of citrus, iodine and a mineral touch, with a lively palate and a chalky finish. Perfect with oysters or fish, it can be enjoyed until 2030.
Heir to a family know-how since 1931, this estate embodies the excellence of great Chablis wines, rooted in the limestone hillsides of Burgundy.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils of the Chablis sub-region, where marine fossils sculpt wines of unique minerality, notably in the Montée de Tonnerre climat.
- Vinification: Traditional method combining tanks and barrels, to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay and reveal the most faithful expression of the terroir.

On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon and fresh citrus zests intertwine with notes of toasted bread, roasted almond and a saline touch.
