A family estate rooted at the heart of Chablis, where Burgundian tradition meets an uncompromising pursuit of purity.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, on the steep hillsides of the Chablis Grand Crus – a terroir that imparts a chalky minerality and vibrant tension to the wines.
- Winemaking: Oak barrel aging, with minimal intervention to preserve the frank expression of Chardonnay and the saline signature of the Les Preuses climat.

To the eye: A golden robe with pale highlights, of crystalline clarity, revealing a silky texture and promising density.
On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon, acacia blossom, and green apple unfold in a fresh harmony, before giving way to deeper notes of flint and shellfish, the signature of a marine terroir.
On the palate: The attack is lively and precise, driven by a taut acidity that stretches into a chalky minerality, while the saline and persistent finish evokes the sea spray of a Burgundian shoreline.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a white Burgundy wine glass, to unlock the full complexity of this Grand Cru.
