Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand cru Les Preuses 2021
The Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2021 from Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is rooted in the Kimmeridgian soils of its eponymous climat. This Chardonnay, fermented in vat and aged in barrels, reveals aromas of citrus and white flowers, carried by a saline minerality. On the palate, its lively tension and silky texture are balanced with precision. To be enjoyed through 2035, it pairs beautifully with oysters and grilled fish.
