The Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2009 from Domaine Vincent Dauvissat draws its minerality from the Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis. This Chardonnay captivates with its floral nose and citrus notes. The palate, silky and chalky, offers a saline finish. Ideal until 2035 with oysters or fish.
Domaine Vincent Dauvissat
Heir to a family expertise deeply rooted in the hillsides of Chablis, this estate embodies the rare alliance between tradition and precision.
- Terroir: Chalky Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, which impart a distinctive minerality and a tension characteristic of the Burgundy Grand Crus.
- Winemaking: Controlled oak barrel aging, respecting the purity of the Chardonnay, for cuvées that are both deep and vibrantly elegant.
