To the eye: Golden robe with pale reflections, of a silky clarity, betraying a ripeness patinated by the years.
On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon, acacia blossom and toasted hazelnut, underlined by a saline touch and a chalky minerality, as an echo of the Kimmeridgian soils.
On the palate: Taut and precise texture, carried by a lively acidity and a persistent minerality, leaving a long and saline, almost iodine-tinged finish.
Serving temperature: 12–14°C – Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
