From the Kimmeridgian slopes of the Preuses, the Chablis Grand Cru 2021 from Domaine Vincent Dauvissat expresses the minerality and freshness of Chardonnay. Aged in barrels, it reveals citrus aromas and a taut, saline palate. Perfect with oysters, it will continue to develop until 2075.

On the palate: Dense and vibrant texture, carried by elegant acidity, persistent salinity and a remarkably long finish, where notes of flint unfold.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal all its purity.
