A family estate rooted in the terroir of Chablis since 1931, where tradition meets a respectful approach to viticulture.

To the eye: A golden robe with green reflections, of a silky clarity and a promising density, already revealing the ripeness and concentration of this great terroir.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe apple and candied lemon intertwine with notes of acacia blossom, before giving way to a saline touch and a hint of flint, the signature of great Chablis.
On the palate: An unctuous and vibrant texture, carried by a precise acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, saline finish, where nuances of toasted hazelnut and flint intermingle.
Serve at 11°C in a white Burgundy wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
