Appearance: A luminous garnet-red color with brick-red highlights and a silky texture.
On the nose: Fresh wild strawberry and kirsch evolve into notes of dried flowers, licorice and a saline hint of flint—a bouquet that is both inviting and mineral.
On the palate: A supple, full-bodied opening, supported by lively acidity and silky tannins, leads to a lingering, spicy, chalky finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its full complexity.
