The domaine des Tours Clairette 2019, signed by Emmanuel Reynaud, is born from the chalky terroirs of the Vaucluse. This white wine, 100% Clairette, aged in large barrels, unveils notes of citrus and white flowers, with a saline touch. Fresh and precise, it elevates oysters and fish. Aging: 3 to 5 years.
Château des Tours
A family estate rooted at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, where Emmanuel Reynaud perpetuates a heritage of purity and respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Limestone soils and rolled pebbles of the Vaucluse, between Mediterranean sunshine and mineral freshness, shaping wines of rare precision.
- Vinification: Traditional method, indigenous yeasts and aging in old large barrels to reveal the most natural expression of the grape variety.

To the eye: A golden robe with pale reflections, of crystalline clarity, revealing a silky texture at first glance.
On the nose: Aromas of candied citrus zest, orange blossom and fresh almond, underlined by a saline touch and a hint of star anise, like a sea breeze over warm stones.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and chalky minerality, before a long and saline finish where purity and elegance intertwine.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to exalt its complexity.
