To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, revealing a dense and harmonious substance.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry intertwine with notes of thyme and garrigue, underscored by a saline touch and a hint of licorice.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long, saline finish where a persistent elegance unfolds.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
