Domaine des Tours 2022 Red, a Vin de Pays de Vaucluse, comes from the alluvial soils of the southern Rhône. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault aged 12 months in barrels, it reveals strawberry, cherry, and garrigue aromas lifted by sweet spices. Velvety and mineral on the palate, it charms with its balance. Ideal with grilled dishes or cheeses, it can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.

On the nose: A generous bouquet opens with notes of wild strawberries and black cherries, followed by ripe raspberries and a touch of garrigue, lifted by licorice and sweet spices, all underscored by subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: A velvety texture, supported by lively acidity and mineral tension that balance the richness of the fruit. The long, persistent finish reveals nuances of Mediterranean herbs and a chalky hint.
