The Latricières-Chambertin 2020 from Domaine Fourrier, a Grand Cru from Burgundy, reveals the limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits. This old-vine Pinot Noir offers cherry, spice and minerality, aged in barrels. Dense and refined, it pairs with game or duck through 2035.

- Terroir: Clay-limestone and marly soils of the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of the Grands Crus, shaping wines of a rare minerality and depth.
- Winemaking: Aging in oak barrels, respect for natural cycles and a pursuit of pure, unadulterated expression.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Fourrier Latricières-Chambertin 2020
To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky texture and a crystalline clarity.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh morello cherry, violet and liquorice, followed by a hint of undergrowth and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A precise and taut attack, where a vibrant acidity mingles with velvety tannins and a persistent minerality, for a finish of elegant length.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by early ripeness and a perfect balance between concentration and freshness, typical of the great wines of the Côte de Nuits.
