This Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru 1997 from Domaine Trapet Père & Fils comes from the clay-limestone hillsides of Gevrey-Chambertin. This Pinot Noir, aged in oak barrels, offers notes of cherry, spices and chalky minerality. Velvety in texture, it pairs beautifully with meats and cheeses through 2030.
A family estate deeply rooted in the Grand Crus of Gevrey-Chambertin, where the Burgundian heritage has been passed down since 1870.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of Grand Cru appellations such as Latricières-Chambertin, shaping wines of rare minerality and depth.
- Vinification: A biodynamic approach with respect for traditional methods, producing cuvées of precise elegance and silky tension.
