The Joseph Roty Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée de la Justice 2022, from the limestone soils of Gevrey-Chambertin, embodies the elegance of Pinot Noir. Its aromas of red fruits and spices, aged in barrels, precede a silky and mineral palate. Perfect from 2028 onwards with lamb or mushrooms.

A family estate rooted in the lands of Gevrey-Chambertin, where heritage has been passed down through generations.
- Terroir: clay-limestone and marly soils of the Côte de Nuits, shaping wines of a chalky minerality and a taut elegance.

Tasting notes for Joseph Roty Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée de la Justice 2022
- On the eye: a deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
- On the nose: aromas of wild strawberry, black cherry and ripe plum, lifted by notes of gentle spices and a mineral touch of undergrowth.
- On the palate: a lively and precise attack, silky tannins, a well-balanced acidity and a long finish, carried by a chalky minerality.
Serve between 16 and 18 °C in a Burgundy glass to reveal all its complexity.
