On the nose – An intense bouquet where ripe mirabelle plum, blooming white flowers, toasted hazelnut and a saline touch of freshly cut chalk intertwine.
On the palate – The attack is ample, carried by a juicy sweetness that balances with a saline freshness and a chalky minerality, leaving a long and taut finish.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a white Burgundy wine glass to release its aromas.
