The Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot 2011 from Domaine François Raveneau, sourced from limestone hillsides, captivates with its minerality and notes of lemon and shellfish. On the palate, vibrant freshness and silky texture, with a saline finish. To be enjoyed until 2030 alongside seafood or aged cheeses.
Nestled in the heart of Chablis, this family estate has embodied exacting standards and faithfulness to the Burgundian terroir since 1948.
- Terroir: Chalky Kimmeridgian soils of the Côte des Blanchots, where Chardonnay draws its legendary minerality.
- Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation in old barrels, and patient ageing to reveal the purity of the fruit and the saline tension.

To the eye: Pale golden colour with green highlights, silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of crisp apple and Williams pear mingle with notes of lemon blossom, then deepen into hints of beeswax and liquorice, all underscored by a chalky minerality and a saline edge.
On the palate: Ample and precise texture, carried by a lively acidity that shapes an elegant tension; the chalky minerality extends into a long, saline finish, where hints of shellfish and a persistent freshness can be discerned.
