Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand cru Les Clos 2018
The Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2018 draws its character from the Kimmeridgian soils of Les Clos. This white wine, fermented in vats and barrel-aged, offers a chalky minerality, aromas of citrus and a lively palate. Perfect through 2030, it pairs beautifully with oysters and aged cheeses.

Tasting notes for Domaine Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2018
To the eye – Pale gold robe with green highlights, of silky clarity, like a glint of limestone in the light.
On the nose – Aromas of fresh lime, hawthorn blossom and reinette apple, followed by a saline touch and a mineral depth evoking seashells and flint.
On the palate – Dense and vibrant texture, underpinned by a precise acidity and a chalky minerality, giving way to a long, saline finish where tension and elegance intertwine.
Serve between 12 and 14 °C in a white Burgundy glass to bring out its purity.
2018 Vintage
A vintage marked by generous ripeness, where the summer heat concentrated the aromas without compromising the mineral freshness so characteristic of Chablis.
- Aging potential: 15 to 20 years; store in a cool cellar (10–12 °C) away from light.
