To the eye – Pale straw-yellow robe with golden highlights, of a silky clarity and a chalky density that heralds a generous substance.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe white fruits (Williams pear, quince), evolving towards notes of acacia honey and dried flowers, lifted by a saline touch and a subtle slate minerality in the background.
On the palate – Smooth and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity that underscores the purity of the Chenin, while a stony minerality stretches into a long and precise finish, where delicacy and power intertwine.
Serve at 15°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
