The Thibault Liger-Belair Richebourg 2020, a Burgundian Grand Cru, draws its character from a terroir of clay and limestone. This Pinot Noir, aged in new oak barrels (60%), captivates with its notes of dark fruits and spices. Balanced and mineral, it pairs with poultry or veal fillet after 2030.

To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky density and crystalline clarity.
On the nose – First, aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by notes of fresh violet, damp undergrowth, and a saline touch reminiscent of flint.
On the palate – A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, where flavors of tangy red fruits, gentle spices, and a long, saline, and persistent finish intermingle.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
