The Domaine Arlaud Bonnes-Mares 2019, Grand Cru from the Côte de Nuits, offers notes of blackcurrant, black cherry and violet. Its silky, fresh and mineral palate captivates with its balance. Perfect for cellaring until 2035, it pairs beautifully with game and cheese.

A family estate rooted in the mythical terroirs of Morey-Saint-Denis, where the Burgundian heritage is passed down with exacting standards and respect for living matter.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, cradle of the Grands Crus, where each plot expresses a chalky minerality and a unique depth.
- Vinification: Biodynamic approach, precise aging in oak barrels, producing wines of remarkable purity and tension.

Tasting notes for Domaine Arlaud Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru 2019
To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of fresh violet, before giving way to a mineral hint of flint and a spiced touch of white pepper.
On the palate: Velvety texture and elegantly refined tannins, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that stretches into a long, saline finish, where nuances of blackcurrant and bay leaf linger.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
Vintage 2019
A vintage marked by optimal grape maturity, combining aromatic concentration and mineral freshness, typical of the great wines of Burgundy.
- Aging potential: 15 to 20 years, to be stored under ideal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
