The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux Saint-Jacques 2010 from Domaine Armand Rousseau, a Pinot Noir aged in oak barrels, born on limestone soils. Aromas of cherry and raspberry, chalky minerality and a silky palate. Perfect for 10 years of aging, it pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses.

A family estate rooted in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, where the Burgundian heritage has been passed down with exacting standards for nearly a century.
- Terroir: Limestone and gravelly soils of the Côte de Nuits, shaping wines of rare minerality and elegance.
- Vinification: A traditional approach, combining respect for the fruit and aging in French oak barrels for a pure expression of Pinot Noir.

To the eye: A red garnet robe with deep highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is at once dense and refined.
On the nose: A bouquet where fresh red berries, ripe black cherry, a hint of violet and a subtle mineral note intertwine, evoking the chalky soils of its terroir.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a saline minerality, before opening into a long and elegant finish marked by silky tannins.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
