Domaine Jean-Louis Chave
A family estate rooted since 1481 on the steep slopes of Hermitage, where each generation refines the art of revealing the purity of the terroir.
- Terroir : The granitic and schistose slopes of Mauves, bathed by the Rhône, sculpt white wines of chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification : A patient approach, between fermentation in oak barrels and extended aging, to preserve the tension and complexity of the grape varieties.

- In the glass : A golden robe with old gold highlights, dense and silky, betraying two decades of harmonious maturation.
- On the nose : Aromas of acacia blossom and arbutus honey intertwine with notes of toasted hazelnut and flint, carried by a saline touch that evokes the breezes of the Rhône.
- On the palate : A smooth yet taut texture, where lively acidity and chalky minerality draw a long finish, marked by nuances of beeswax and sweet spices.
Serve at 12–14°C in a white Burgundy-style wine glass to release its full complexity.
