In the glass: a golden robe with amber highlights, dense and luminous, betraying a rich body and a masterfully controlled evolution.
On the nose: aromas of acacia honey, dried white flowers, toasted almonds and beeswax, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality characteristic of the great terroirs of Hermitage.
On the palate: a smooth and velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a mineral tension that balances the richness of the wine, leading to a long and persistent finish where sweet spices and notes of candied fruit intertwine.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy-style wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
