To the eye: a golden robe with amber highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like liquid honey captured in the glass.
On the nose: aromas of candied apricot and bitter orange intertwine with notes of spiced honey, before a saline touch recalls the granitic soils of the Hermitage.
On the palate: a lively and precise attack, carried by an elegant acidity, gives way to a chalky minerality and a long finish, where nuances of dried fruits and gentle spices unfold.
Serve at 12–14°C in a white Burgundy-style wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
