The Domaine Etienne Sauzet Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet 2023 is born from the clay-limestone terroirs of the appellation. This Chardonnay, aged in barrels, reveals white fruits and chalky minerality. A taut palate with freshness and a saline finish. Perfect from 2029 with shellfish or poultry in sauce.
A pillar of Burgundy's great whites, this family estate has embodied the excellence of Puligny-Montrachet for three generations.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, where Premier Crus such as Champ Canet reveal a chalky minerality and an airy elegance.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels (20–30% new) for measured oxygenation, preserving the purity of the Chardonnay and the tension of the terroir.
