- Vinification : Fruit-respectful methods, barrel-aged for a silky texture and preserved aromatic purity.
Tasting notes for Domaine Jean-Claude Ramonet Puligny-Montrachet 2018
To the eye – Golden robe with green highlights, of crystalline clarity, revealing an unctuous texture and a generous body.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe apple and chamomile blossom intertwine with notes of toasted hazelnut and fresh almond, underlined by a vanilla touch and a chalky minerality.
On the palate – A supple and creamy attack, carried by a lively acidity that brings tension and freshness, while a saline and persistent finish evokes the limestone soils of Puligny.
Serve between 12° and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A sunny and generous vintage, where the ripeness of the fruit is balanced with a beautiful mineral freshness, typical of the great white Burgundies.
- Aging Potential : Best enjoyed until 2028, under optimal storage conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
