The Vincent Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2013, made from Chardonnay, draws its minerality from the Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis. Notes of flint, citrus and apricot on the nose, a taut and silky palate, saline finish. A wine for cellaring, ideal with seafood or grilled fish.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Chablis, where tradition meets uncompromising standards.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, which lend the wines their chalky minerality and characteristic tension.
- Vinification: Aging in oak barrels, respect for natural cycles and a pursuit of pure Chardonnay expression.
