A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Chablis, where Chardonnay expresses itself with rare precision, shaped by generations of expertise.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, which impart to the wines a chalky minerality and the characteristic tension of the Chablis Premier Crus.
- Winemaking: Traditional approach, barrel-aged to preserve the purity of the fruit and the complexity of the terroir, without artifice.
